Does I Pill Intake Post Unprotected Sex Alter Menstrual Cycle?
I had unprotected sex on 1st November then after 4 hrs I took I pill then we had protected sex after that I consumed unwanted 72 around 12 hrs after that. I got periods after 5 days. when will I have periods next time. My due date was on 27th of this month?

Yes, I-pill and unwanted 72 contains high dose of progesterone hormone and they can lead to inter menstrual bleeding as well as delayed cycle.
Based upon brief history given by you, It is very difficult to tell when you will have your next cycle.
I would always advice to patient like you not to take emergency contraceptive pills "routinely". They are reserved for special situation as their name suggests.

although the dose of progesterone in i-pill and unwanted 72 is only enough to stop conception and not alter the menstrual cycle, some ladies do tend to have altered cycles. and since you have consumed 2 tabs in almost like 24 hours, you may get your periods a little before time, in this cycle. after this the cycle shall reset to its original rhythm. An advice would be not to rely on all these pills too much and use protection in all sexual acts. use these pills only when your usual protection appears to fail or have a possibility of a snag.
