Does Lantus Have The Side Effect Of Reduced Testosterone ?

I just returned from my 3 month bloodwork. I m diabetic type II. I also have lowT and my PCP brought up the fact that my testosterone had reduced greatly since I started on lantus. I currently take 14 units daily. does lantus have the side effect of reduced testosterone?
