General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, thanks for your query on Healthcare Magic.

Yes, these drugs had interaction if they used in the same time. Both can increase serotonin levels.
This can cause serotonin syndrome, which symptoms may include:
1. Confusion.
2. Agitation or restlessness.
3. Dilated pupils.
4. Headache.
5. Changes in blood pressure and/or temperature.
6. Nausea and/or vomiting.
7. Diarrhea.
8. Rapid heart rate.

Serotonin is a chemical our body produces that's needed for our nerve cells and brain to function. Severe serotonin syndrome can be fatal if not treated.

Call the doctor immediately if she still confuse.

Take care.
