Does Lithium Carbonate Causes Tremors In The Body?

I started taken Lithium carbonate 300mg. I only took it for 7days . I have been off for 3days. I stopped because my husband found me on the floor jerking and now I cant think very well .Its even hard testing this. I just want to know how long will this last

lithium does cause tremors as a side effect .
make sure u took the dose prescribed and not more than that .
it should go away soon
