Does Lymecycline Reduce The Efficacy Of Yasmin Contraceptive Pills?
I have on the Yasmin contraception pill and also lymecycline capsules , I went on these together at the same time to cure my acne. However I was wondering if taking this antibiotic with effect the contraception as I don t want to fall pregnant ! Thanks

Lymecycline won't interact with birth control pills. You can safely take birth control pills while you are on Lymecycline. It won't cause any contraceptive failure. However, keep in mind that antibiotics, like Rifampicin may interact with contraceptive pills.
