Hi I have MS and lately I ve been feeling exhausted a lot and I ve noticed my eyes feel lazy in a way the move a certain way and cause me to feel dizzy or as if I m gonna pass out. could that be because of my MS? I ve never had the dizziness and feeling like I m gonna pass out problem until the beginning of this week. and i got diagnosed back in 2015

I would like to tell you that Mitral valve stenosis progress slowly over time. As you have Mitral Stenosis from 2015 but you had minimal symptoms that don't require attention but now you are developing fatigue and dizziness like symptoms that needs to be managed before they get worse.
Kindly get one ECG and Echocardiography done and consult with a Cardiologist for further treatment.
