Hello sir, This is swati I am 3 weeks pregnant but I don t want the child right now because I had a baby 1 year old I consulted a gynaecologist and she suggested to use 1. Misfegest 200 mg 2 tab 2. Misopcost 200 mg 3 tab 3. Spasmindon SOS 4. Ondern md SOS 5. Zouf 250 5 days

Thanks for your health concern.
See, all medical abortion pills should be taken under gynecological supervision.
First the pregnancy should be confirmed by a gynecologist, and not just by a urine test.
Next, the pregnancy should be dated by a doctor too.
THen correct dosage should be taken.
Generally, one tablet of Mifegest is given, followed by 4 more tablets of Misoprost.
Spasmindon is given for relief of pain and cramps and Ondem for nausea and vomiting that results.
Zouf is antibiotic that covers you against infection.
The medications are correct.
PLease take them as instructed.
Then have a follow up visit 2 weeks after the tablets to confirm completion of abortion.
Risks include 1 % failure rate, infection, severe bleeding, etc.
