Does Nexito Forte Cause Drowsiness?

Gudmrng sir. So worried about my mom. my mother was 52yrs old. She was feeling extreme weakness since may. After test we came to know that she have blood glucose level of 178mg/dl. No medicines were given, but advised to reduce sugar in her diet. Medicines were given for weakness. She was taking nexito forte from 3days. She was feeling so drowsy all the day and unable to do work. Does nexito forte cause that much drowsiness. She was unable to say what if she was experiencing either drowsiness or weakness. Please please reply.
