Does Nexplanon Implant Have Any Effect On The Immune System?

I have been diagnosed with hpv genital warts, my ob suggested to skin my period (was on tbe contraceptive pill with estrogen and progesterone) and I started my period regardless of skipping the placebo pills. The pill made me extremely emotional. I m looking into the nexplanon implant. I am wondering how it will affect my immune system and therefore hpv outbreaks. Trying to find the right birth control. Help please!
