Does Omeprazole In The Long Run Worsen The Kidney Condition?
Hi I am taking Omeprazole Dr 40 mg. I have been taking it for years, not sure how long. I heard that there is a problem with Prilosec and kidney disease. Is this something I should worry about. I take a water pill in the morning and I am up 6 to 7 times a night going to the bathroom.

Omeprazole uses for a long period of time increases the risk of kidney damage.
If you are a Male maybe the cause of going so many times during the night is linked with a prostate problem or a urinary tract infection.
