i had 1st caesarian 2yrs back.during 2nd caesarian 1month back severe utrine adhesions were discovered.now i m having pain in lower abdomen and fever,skin is also adherent to inner tissues.doctors has shown helplessness in relieving pain and fever and prescribed plasentrex inj for 10 days.how helpful inj will be.i came to know that these have been banned.wat r the side effects.
