Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Progynova is estrogen which is given in infertility to make the uterine endometrium grow in order to prepare for conception. It does not causes ovulation to occur and is not given for ovulation induction. Yes, you can take it for 20-21 days continuously. It can be taken at any time of the day. I would suggest you and your partner to consult an infertility specialist to get properly examined, investigated and treated. For ovulation induction, you can be prescribed clomiphene. Hope you found the answer helpful. Wishing you good health.
