Does Restoril Increase Irritability?
Can restoril increase irritability? My sleep is worse on it as opposed to ambien. Insurance co. said I have to try restoril before it will authorize ambien again. I have been taking 5 MG ambien for quite some time. Will I adjust to the restoril? Also recently put on prilosec. Could it be making me so irritable?

Similarly to other benzos, Restoril may cause addiction problems. This is more evident when used longer than prescribed and in a larger dose. You may notice some of the following addiction signs and symptoms. You are feeling withdrawal symptoms such as insomnia, irritability.
