Hi, I had an electrocautery procedure on my genital area because I had to treat some genital anus warts(around the anus area) a week ago. On the next appointment with the gynecologist, I was supposed to burn the genital warts again for my final procedure. But then the doctor realised that it was not possible to proceed with the electrocautery of warts because she realised that I have an ULCER, and she told me to go and buy BETADINE DRY POWDER SPRAY OR SAVLON DRY POWER SPRAY and use it on the ulcer. Well I have been to literally 5 pharmacies and even BOOTS pharmacy in london, they said that it was not available. So i bought one medicine that is called SAVLON SPRAY PLASTER. Does this medicine has the same effects with the other two? And IS IT OK TO APPLY IT ON MY GENITAL AREA? Because it really burns!!! Does the savlon spray plaster have the same ingredients as the BETADINE DRY POWDER SPRAY OR THE SAVLON DRY POWER SPRAY?
