Does Sinarest Reduce Breast Milk Supply?

Hi Doc I am a breast feeding mother of a 2 month old baby having issues of low milk supply.. I recently had cold and took 2 tabs of sinarest within 12 hours.. Later I heard it decreses milk supply.. Is it true ? If yes, then what should i do about it.

I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.

Sinarest is a combination drug used for common cold. It contain paracetamol along with pheneramine and caffeine as its contents. It is a relatively safe drug and side effects are minimal.
Sinarest does not reduce breast milk production. However it is better to avoid it during lactation because pheneramine is not good for your baby.
