Does Tamsulosin HCL Interact Negatively With Carvedilol, Metformin, Spironolactone And Xarelto?

Yes, please. Does Tamsulosin HCL interact negatively with Carvedilol, Metformin, Spiromolactone and Xarelto? I could not run a drug interaction report including Tamsulosin HCL in the mix. The patient has recently begun to experience a loss of memory occasionally throughout the day, right after he has taken certain of these medications. It goes away after approximately 2 hours. We are trying to determine which drug might be creating temporary memory loss. ------ We will have to ask our neighbors if they would like to pursue this with you. If so, we will get back to you. Many thanks.
