What Is The Treatment For Indentations In Lower Leg When Suffering From Diabetes?
Male, age 55. Type 1 diabetic since 1969. Meds-levothyroid,losartin, tamsulosin, potassium, furosemide, spironolactone, carvedilol, clopedigrel,calcium, vit d3,doxipin, paroxitene, atrovastatin, insulin. CAD stent in 2006, treated in past for chf. have pain in left inside portion of knee, started october gradually worsening. see indentations in lower left leg at times. Had injection in dec. not much help. Dr. says is osteoarthritis.

The indentations could be due to shin splints or circulatory problems in the legs. This needs a direct examination and color doppler scan for proper diagnosis.
