Does Tretinoin Cause Burning Sensation On The Skin?

hi i just got a new acne med called trentinoin and i have only used it twice and not ner my eye area as prescribed but my face hasnt stopped burning since yesterday and an abnormal amount of skin is peeling off and im only a teen so i am kind of freaking out and dont know what to do and how to make the burning feeling go away

Skin dryness is very common with these drugs. This can lead to the burning sensations and peeling of skin. Generally, we advise using an ointment like petroleum jelly or vaseline generously with these drugs, to avoid this. So you can try this. You must not hesitate you're your dermataligist.
