General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I understand your concern. When starting Vyvanse, your doctor will initially prescribe the lowest possible dose in order to avoid major side effects and gradually increase the dose. Dilated pupils are a known but less common side effects of Vyvanse. However, shortness of breath and chest pain are major and severe side effects of Vyvanse that should not be ignored. So, please contact your doctor as soon as possible and inform them about these symptoms and do not any tablet for the time being, before seeing the doctor.

Wishing you good health and all the best.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ornela Ademovi
