Does Vyvanse Cause Hormonal Imbalance?
Can vyvanse have an affect on my hormones? My cycle is usually 25-27 days. I m 4 days late. I have taken 7 prego test, yes 7. All negative. I went from 30mg to 50mg of vyvanse just a wk ago. Could it be messing with my hormones and making my period late? Should I call my dr?

Vyvanse does not cause menstrual irregularities. However, delay in menstrual cycle up to 7 days is normal. If you do not get your periods in next 3 days, repeat home pregnancy test with first morning urine sample. Testing too early can give false negative pregnancy test results. Ideally pregnancy tests are most accurate when done 6 days after missing periods.
