proper nutrition is an integral part of a healthy immune system if we take simple ,fat free nutritious diet including all essential nutrients as fiber vitamins minerals veges ,fruit
antioxidants as garlic ,ginger onion -whole grain almonds ,walnut Amla , apple jam coconut water all help strengthening our imune system .and pave way for our disease free ,healthy life .
Avoid fried , fast foods ,tea ,coffee alcohol meats colas , sodas as it can cause accumulation of toxins in the body and can enhnce further growth of any disease & hamper the process of healing.
,Mental worry and axiety should be avoided at any cost as it slows down the healing process . Take good night relaxed sleep &
Meditation , helps further .
Avoid
constipation as you know it is cause of all ills .
The bhujangasana or the cobra pose, helps in stretching the chest and opening the chest area, allowing more blood flow to the heart, thus stimulating it.

breathing exercise which is effective in dealing with diseases of cardiac , and other vital parts of our body since it enhances the absorption of
oxygen in the blood stream,while eliminate carbondioxide and thus strenthens immune system and essures health to every part of our body
.Pranayam - deep breathing slowly eyes closed - Inhale - Hold - Exhale - Hold Repeat 10 times .Relax . Again do for 10 times and Relax .
Lie straight on back keep your body loose like a log /corpse ,ralaxed , hands beside your body .
Think of the supreme power giving you strength , .new blood is running in your veins . And all your ailments are going out of you body , you are becoming healthy and healthy --- stay in this position for 3 - 5 mins or more if you wish .
Bhujngaasan, Shashakasan , Naukaasan , Dheerag Naukaasan , Pavanmuktaasan , Mandookasan , Yog mudrasan
Can choose any 3-5 of these asanas , to do everyday with breathing exercises and !0 -20 mins walk .All should be done within the capacity of the person .Dont over do
Vajarasan should be done 5 - 10 mins after every meal . It strengthens digestion system , helps digesting food and eliminate gas & constipation thus helps in wellbeing of heart .
lemon juice with water before meals twice .
Turmeric powder with a cup of hot milk before bed time ,helps kill all types of bacteria
Arjunaarisht is a good Ayurvedic heart tonic
after meals
To unblock heart arteries you can use
Homeopathic Cratagus Q /10 -20 drops 1/4 cup of water 4 hourly
