Does Zithromax Reduce Effectiveness Of Birth Control?
My girlfriend had strep about 3 weeks ago, her contraceptive is reclipson, the physicians assistant that she saw told her the zythromax that she was prescribed to treat the strep would stall the effectiveness of the birth control for a month. Is this true?

no this is not true... or at least there is no evidence from clinical trials. Other antibiotics like rifampicin may indeed cause problems regarding contraception but azithromycin (zithromax) is not supposed to do so.
