Does A 2 Cm Ovarian Cyst Cause Difficulty In Conception?
Hi, I am 36 years old, married and no children. My husband and I are thinking of having a baby soon. Recenlty i have done the the pelvis ultrasound and found out there is a 2cm choco cyst and a 1cm ovarian cyst on my left ovary. The ovaluation is around these two days, do you think the size matters and will affect the chance of pregnancy? I have been trying in the past two months to see if i can pregnant but it wasn't success...

Chocolate cyst means endometriosis which affects conception by varied reasons.
Now as the size of the cyst is small , do other tests for causes of infertility.
Do semen analysis of husband.Laparoscopy may help you in evaluating presence of adhesions and which can be treated in the same setting.
