Does A BP Reading Of 135/100 Need Medication?
Hi, I am male 33 years old, For last week I was checked my blood pressure is 135/100, and doctor given tablet to take, but I am worrying to take because once started then may be need to continue through of my life, so I never taken. Today I checked my pressure again is 134/92, so can I need to take tablet or do the regular activites and diet control ?
