Some times in case of pulmonary tuberculosis the menstural discharge may be replaced by haemorrahe from lungs.
Some TB patients have febrile conditions during mensturation.TB may lead to heavy menturation or sometime cessation of mensturation which is cured after the treatment of primary cause.

Involvement of genital organs & menstual irregularities is seen due to the disease TB itself. it's not a side effect of TB drugs. If such problems are seen patient should imediately report to treating doctor-for a quick control is vital for perserving fertility.
