Hi, dear I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. His SGPT level is slightly high. It has no risk of heart disease. But he may have ssome liver ddisease. He should go for complete liver function test and take treatment of that.
His cholesterol levels are some what problematic. His HDL cholesterol is low which increases the risk of heart disease. He should take low fat diet with high amount of polyunsaturated fatty acids. He can also take drugs like atorvastatin to control cholesterol levels. It is prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
