Hi , i am 22 yrs old. I have continued masturbating from 14 . Till now i did not any sex with girls for religious reasons . But to meet biological demands i did masturbation every time watching porns . Now i have become a ponromaniac i think , and i dont think i have a healthy penis and my scrotum have enoung power to produce sperm . I have little sized spermatoceles . What would be your suggestion for me to have a healthy sexual life after i marry a girl ?
Hello and welcome to HCM, Masturbation is a physical process and it does not have any deleterious effect on sexual life later on. However, over-indulgence is not good and thus avoided. At the same time, personal hygiene should also be maintained. Spermatocoele is a fluid filled swelling in the spermatic cord and does not interfere with sperm production. However, spermatocoele may become nuisance owing to its size. Thus, I suggest you to consult an urologist for clinical assessment and surgical removal of the same.
Thanks and take care Dr Shailja Puri
