Hallow Dear,

The medical termination of pregnancy is effected either by Tab. Mifepristone followed by Tab. Misoprostol or Tab. Misoprostol only regime.
These pills cause the uterus contract strongly and terminate the pregnancy. During and due to such strong contractions, you may get severe pain in the uterus; also the baby's development is affected adversely. However, you should not have any effect on the ovaries. In fact, the very fact you have conceived proves that you have started ovulating as a result of whatever diet, exercise and treatment you were following. I do not feel you should be concerned about PCOS while undergoing medical termination of pregnancy.

After termination of pregnancy, please report to your Gynaecologist for follow up of your PCOS.

To avoid such stressful situations in life, please adopt some reliable contraceptive method like contraceptive pills, condom or intrauterine device. Post-coital pill or Medical termination of pregnancy should not form the routine of your sexual life.

I hope this clarifies your doubts.
