Does Almonds Helps In Reducing Cholesterol ?

Recently I read that almonds are good for diabetic patients, also it helps in reducing cholesterol. Is it true ? Also is there any other nuts which is recommended for diabetics as well as good for cholesterol. Also is almonds good for BP patients? Thanks in advance for your reply.

FLAX SEEDS +SAFFLOWER SEEDS+ HALIM SEEDS 1 TSP DALIY IT HELP IN REDUCING THE CHOLESTEROL AND SUGAR

Almonds are good sources of essential fatty acids and proteins and they are known to be beneficial to health and it is also good to have almonds soaked in water overnight when you get up early in the mornings.
