Does Altering The Amitryptiline Dosage Causes Anxiety Attacks And Mood Swings ?

I am currently taking amitryptiline dosage was 50g but I have increased it to 100g as I am not coping with everyday life little things are making me anxious and I am often suffering anxiety attacks, Doc also prescribed diazepam to take when the anxiety gets worse do you think altering the amitryptiline dose to even out my moods is an ok thing to do

HI. This looks OK as your Doctor has altered the dose. He knows the better. Increasing the dose of amitryptilin should not cause more anxiety. Avoid diazepam whenever possible.
