I have started taking Amlodipine 10 mg for 7 days now. My gums have swollen very badly and I have not been able to swallow. It hurts very badly when I even drive water. The pain is more in my chest and not my throat. Should I stop taking the pill until I can go back to my doctor?
If you have having pain in the chest as you have written ,I would advice you to call the doctor soon and get a checkup done. If the doctor is not available you can always visit a emergency and get it reviewed.
Thanks and regards.
