Does Arm Pain With Weak Legs Suggest Heart Attack?
I have arm pain in mid right arm and today I felt so tired my legs felt so very weak, and was early in the day to be that tired, My question is how bad is arm pain suppose to be when experiencing a heart attack? also my pain seems to come and fade in waves

Well come to HCM
If this is left arm and the pain start from the elbow region and goes downwards in little finger and upward in shoulder region then this could be due to cardiac pain, but in all the left arm pain need to be rule out with EKG test, hope this information helps.
