Does Back Pain, Headache, Food Cravings, Only Spotting, No Periods Indicate Pregnancy?

Hello I last had my menstrual cycle on on January 28 2011. it is now March 14 and I have had spotting but no period. I have a lot of signs of being pregnant like, back pain, cramping, headaches, food cravings, etc. but so far 6 test say I am not. What should I do?

Hi dear thanks for writing..can understand your concern. There is a minor delay in your periods to confirm pregnancy after 2 weeks of delay in period you should do Urine Pregnancy Test as at that time it correlate well also blood HCG is better alternative, apart from pregnancy several other cause can delay your periods such as hormonal imbalance, endometriosis, ovarian cyst, cervical dysplasia. so for that USG under gynaecologist will help for your symptoms I advise you to take Tab ibuprofen and green vegetables with fruits.Early morning exercise will also helps.Hope this will help you
