Does Bilateral Ovaries And Thin Endometrium Affect Fertility?
i had my ultrasound it says i have normal bilateral ovaries and intact thin endometrium does is affect fertility. I working hard to have a baby. I also had pelvic inflamatory disease and my fallopian tube they seen a mass inside but it was treated by antibiotic and almost disappeared

Hi,welcome to healthcare magic forum.I understand your query as well the problem.Bilateral ovaries are normal to all women.Bilateral ovaries and thin endometrium will not affect fertility. PID and any fallopian tube mass or blockage will affect fertility.As you told its almost disappeared ,that is good ,but i will suggest you to be in regular consult with your doctor unless all this problem will be completely resolved because these all are infections and it may reappear again.So be careful.Follow the instructions given by your doctor and keep on trying.No need to worry much.Good luck.
