Does Bumps In Labia Majora Indicate STD?

Dear Dr, i have had bumps in my labia majora over a year till now, they are white full of puc like acne, at first when i popped them there was tiny hair with the pus, like 10 hairs together, but now they are just bumps with white acne like pus. Could it be an std? ( p.s . I am a virgin, but i had manual sex stimulation with a guy once ). Should i be worried of hpv?

Your symptoms are not suggestive of a STD, but it could be a local skin infection. I recommend using locally an antibiotic ointment to help against the infection.
