I have a sore spot on my clitoris, it is not visible to the eye but feels like a bump under the skin. I recently had another spot on my labia majora that was visible and a bit painful that i thought was just an ingrown hair. Neither of these bumps had any pus. I am worried that these uncomfortable bumps are symptoms of an STD...

For the possibility of any sexually transmitted disease, you have not mentioned in your query since how long you have these bumps or any other symptoms related to the same. As per the information provided by you simple bumps are not the manifestatiaon of any of important sexually transmitted disease. of herpes but not of syphilis as you can get from the informations provided above.You have not mentioned in your query regarding any unprotected sexual intercourse in recent past. As long as it was safe sex there is no problem regarding any STD.
