Does Carrying Heavy Objects During Pregnancy Cause Miscarriage?

I m 12 weeks pregnant and I have a threatened miscarriage due to spotting, occasional cramping and blood in my uterus. Today I pushed something heavy with both my legs and now my cramping has gotten significantly worse. Does carrying heavy objects bring on a miscarriage?
