Yes for your kind information kindly do not take nicotine in either smoking or chewing form. By chewing tobacco you can get your inner side of cheek irritation by the chemical it contains and can then lead to swelling. You should be more careful as these kind of irritation are late to appear in tobacco chewing. If swelling is there that means you are more sensitive to this form. So kindly stop it immediately for your better health.
