Does Chicken Pox Cause Delayed Periods?

Hi i am a 22 year old woman...Single...I had my last menses on 8th september and was suppose to get it back on 5th oct...But on 4th oct i got unprotected sexual intercourse...And on the 5th i have started to get chicken pox and until now i had not get my menses back...Can this be causing delay??
