Does Conjugated Linoleic Acid, Help Reduce Blood Sugar Levels?

recently i found out that my urine dipstick comes out with trace of glucose on the testing strip.i never got an history of diabetes in my family...i consulted an health proffessional who advised a modification in my diet and exercise and recommended conjugated linoleic acid for the belief that it regulates the blood sugar level...is this really authentic?Thanks for your guidiance and suggestive measures.
