Hi and welcome to healthcare magic,

Exposure of baby to mifepristone and misoprostol in the early first trimester has been associated with congenital anomalies. The rate of anomalies is higher than the rate in the general population meaning that it does increase the risk more than that in a non exposed baby. Some but not all anomalies may be detected by ultrasound or by genetic study of amniotic fluid [amniocentesis].

So the chances that the baby will have an anomaly are more than that in the general population.

Please keep this in mind when you decide for continuation of pregnancy.

Hope this answered your query.
