What Causes Dull Ache In Lower Abdomen, Yellowish Discharge When On Ru486/cytotec/doxycycline?

I took ru486 on wednesday followed by 4 tablets of cytotec on Thursday. Today I am having a dull ache in my lower abdomen and a mucus like discharge that is yellowish in color. I am on doxycycline 100mg twice a day. Im curious about the discharge and want to make sure I don t have an infection.

Hi,

Mucous discharge could also be due to Ecotec and RU486 also. Maybe, you have started to expel the products from the uterus. If it was infection, it could be foul smelling and associated with itching. You can also take a pelvic scan and a direct examination with gynecologist to differentiate between these two scenarios.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
