Does Cytotec Mediated Vaginal Bleed For A Day With Thick Clot Signify Successful Abortion?

Hi doc,i was four weeks pregnant and I took cytotec one vaginally and two orally, I bleed for a day and there was thick clot from the blood and the period stop for a day.my nipples are still paining me,pls I want to know if the abortion was sucessful?

Thanks for writing to healthcare magic.
Only cytotec is not recommended for Abortion. Besides the dosage is wrong. I would recommend an ultrasound scan after a week to check complete abortion.
