My husband recently developed diplopia, which the opthamologist felt may be due to diabetes. (His average blood glucose test result; a1c, was 6.5. MRI showed nothing.) We ve had conflcting opinions as to if it is actually diabetes, and if diabetes is the cause of his diplopia. He got a glucometer yesterday. Last night his blood glucose was 95. Today, about 1 hour after cereal, it was 204. The diplopia is very concernineg, and confusing. What do I need to do next?
