Diabetologist 's  Response
dear friend I can understand your concern
in my opinion hematemisis is not a regular clinical manifestation of diabetes how ever this coincidence is possible in some rare kind of diabetic syndromes
in diabetes the acute manifestations are usually due to osmatic nature of excess of glucose in body
the long term manifestations are due to advanced glycated end products due to persistent hyperglycemia.
hope my answer is clear to you
kindly write back to us for further information
