Does Dizziness, neck And Back Pain, Crackling Noise When Moved In Certain Directions, Allergies, Fatigue Indicates Cervicogenic Dizziness?

Hi, I have had dizziness and neck and upper back pain for 6 months. I hear a crackling noise in neck and back when I move around in certain directions. All this has been accompanied by seeing floaters, light sensitivity, allergies, extreme fatigue and lack of concentration. All I know is that when I have a hot shower on my back, and I lie on a hard floor, I feel better. Im seeing an MD and chiropractor right now and chiropractor has not helped whatsoever! I ve tried all kinds of medications, you name it. My next thought is to see a neurologist bc I think it may be cervicogenic dizziness. Please advise.....

Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hi! Thanks for contacting HCM.

I feel your problem might be because of bad posture. You need to get it evaluated. You might be having a myofascial pain and might have trigger point around your upper core. You could go to a neurologist, before that I suggest you to consult a Physical Therapist who could help you out.
