Does Eating Cashew Nuts Everyday Cause Discomfort While Passing Urine?
I am female. I am nearly 62 years old. I weigh about 63 kg. I am 5 feet 6 inches tall. I am taking Tenormin 25 every morning and Cozaar 25 and Amlodpine 5 mg every night for high systolic BP. I have no diabetes. I also take daily, Calcium 800, Glucosamine and chondroitin (GNC products)and Neurogen E, prescribed by osteoporosis specialist because my bone density test revealed that it was in the osteopenic stage. I have been eating mostly raw and sometimes salted cashew nuts (about 50 to 75 grams) almost everyday. Recently I have developed discomfort (a kind of sharp sensitive feeling) after passing urine (sometimes). Could eating cashewnuts everyday be related to this? Please advise. Thank you
HI Well come to HCM looking to your history given here I would like to advise that if you are on antihypertensive drug then eating salted cashew not advisable to you but you can have the raw cashew this is not the reason of your discomfort in urine, hope this information helps.
