My first pregnancy was terminated due to mesoencephaloceole.Second pregnancy fetal pole was not developed mised abotion.Now i am pregnant 6weeks 5 days heart beat is seen.My doctor priscribed me sustain 300mg and ecosprin 75.Is taking ecosprin 75 safe?
