Does Elevation In BP Level Cause Headaches?

Hi, I am having very frequent headaches since last 2 years but now its rare that my headache is not there. Its at least 4 days out of 7 in week that i am having headache. I got my BP checked. Whenever i am having headache my BP reading is around 140 Plus and 100 plus. So what are the risks and what treatment should i take

your information about BP like 1oo plus and140plus is not understood. clearly mention systolic and diastolic. you might be having migraine. should go for refraction. if error is detected then it should be corrected.after proper history and information advise on treatment can be given.
