Does Fecal Odor In Urine Mean UTI?
Hello, I have concerns about my urine. It has a very strong fecal odor to it. It doesn t burn or hurt when I urinate, but I do feel an uncomfortable feeling when urinating. I m not diabetic but have HBP and I am taking medication for HBP. Is this just a UTI or something more serious?

It is not serious but check up is must be done by doctor.
Consultant with doctor immediately.
First do urine test to confirm UTI, after report we can confirm UTI.
It may be due to
- fistula from colon to some undiscovered urological location.
So please do all test report.
